When will you be restocking the items that are sold out?
Unfortunately, we do not always know when more items will become available. To be notified about restocks, new products, and other announcements, sign up for our newsletter. We also make announcements on our Facebook and Instagram pages, so be sure to follow us @modelrockcosmetics.
Why does my product look different than the photos online?
The swatches on our website represent our colors as close as possible, however, the actual color may appear different on everyone due to a number of factors such as monitor resolution, color settings, camera settings, lighting, skin tone, etc.
Does MODELROCK offer a PRO discount?

No, we never test on animals! We are PETA certified. Our entire product line is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. All ingredients are listed for every item sold on our website.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Estimated transit time is 3-5 business days.
How much is shipping?
MODELROCK offers free shipping for all orders over $50 and an $8.95 flat fee shipping for all other orders.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes! When your order has been placed successfully, we will email you an order confirmation automatically. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact email@example.com to confirm your order.
Does MODELROCK ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, MODELROCK can ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Does MODELROCK ship internationally?
MODELROCK Cosmetics USA only ships to the 50 states at this time. To shop outside of the U.S, please visit www.modelrocklashes.com.
How do I know my order has been shipped and how can I track my order.
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Once your order is being processed, you will be sent an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track your order within 24 hours.

Please keep in mind we are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or delayed shipments. Should an issue occur, you will need to open a case with USPS.
Why was my order shipped signature required?
If an order is over $100, MODELROCK may elect to ship the order with a signature required. This is solely at MODELROCK’s discretion and done to protect the buyer's purchase.
My package was marked as delivered, but I have not received my package.
Occasionally USPS tracking information can be updated in advance and packages are marked as delivered before they arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but we recommend checking with your local post office for more information in the meantime.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time. All sales are final.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order and our claims department will be in contact to resolve the issue. We may require you to send images of the damage or provide further information. Replacements will be provided at the discretion of MODELROCK.
