The swatches on our website represent our colors as close as possible, however, the actual color may appear different on everyone due to a number of factors such as monitor resolution, color settings, camera settings, lighting, skin tone, etc.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Estimated transit time is 3-5 business days.

MODELROCK offers free shipping for all orders over $50 and an $8.95 flat fee shipping for all other orders.

 

Yes! When your order has been placed successfully, we will email you an order confirmation automatically. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact orders@modelrockcosmetics.us to confirm your order.

Yes, MODELROCK can ship to P.O. Box addresses.

MODELROCK Cosmetics USA only ships to the 50 states at this time. To shop outside of the U.S, please visit www.modelrocklashes.com.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Once your order is being processed, you will be sent an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track your order within 24 hours.

Please keep in mind we are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or delayed shipments. Should an issue occur, you will need to open a case with USPS.

If an order is over $100, MODELROCK may elect to ship the order with a signature required. This is solely at MODELROCK’s discretion and done to protect the buyer's purchase.

Occasionally USPS tracking information can be updated in advance and packages are marked as delivered before they arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but we recommend checking with your local post office for more information in the meantime.

Return Policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time. All sales are final.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact orders@modelrockcosmetics.us within 48 hours of receiving your order and our claims department will be in contact to resolve the issue. We may require you to send images of the damage or provide further information. Replacements will be provided at the discretion of MODELROCK.
