Only orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled. If you received a tracking number via email – you cannot cancel or modify the order, your order has been marked as shipped.

This can only be done if your order is still processing or unfulfilled. If your order is fulfilled quickly which can happen, we are not able to make modifications to your order after the order is marked as fulfilled.

What is your return policy?

  • To qualify for a return, you must email within 14 days of receiving the order. At MODELROCK we value our clients’ satisfaction and provide a quality product.  In order for us to continue and maintain a high level of customer service coupled with exquisite products we ask that you please include the reason for return as well as the original order number in your email.
  • Unfortunately we do NOT accept exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your item(s), please return the item(s) to the following address within 14 days of receiving. Products must be in their original and respective packaging. As soon as we receive the package, we will process a refund. You can than process a new order for the items that you would like.
  • All item/s must be in their original and respective packaging.
  • Emptied or refilled item/s will not qualify for any refund.

All shipping is currently being handled through the United States Postal Service and FedEx services.

All international shipping rates will be calculated at time of checkout.

USPS (United States Postal Service) offers tracking on these items and an email link will be sent when your order is processed and shipped.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments and insurance is available through USPS.
